SERVICES · COMPLIANCE REVIEW

Know where your Georgian business stands.

We check the registration and tax position of one IE or company, review the most recent applicable filings and flag practical next steps. €290 includes a concise written assessment. Historical corrections, more entities and complex investigations are quoted separately.

Slide 1 of 1: Know where your Georgian business stands.

What you get#

A clear, written picture of where one existing Georgian Individual Entrepreneur or company stands today, and what to do next.

Registration and tax status, confirmed. We check the entity's current registration and its recorded tax status — including Small Business Status or Virtual Zone status where you hold one — from registry and Revenue Service records you share or authorise us to view.

The latest filings, checked. We look at the latest completed reporting period and confirm that the filings that apply appear to be submitted. It's a status check, not a line-by-line review of your books.

Thresholds, screened. From the figures you provide, we flag whether Small Business Status turnover and activity conditions or the VAT registration threshold need attention. If something can't be judged from the material available, we say what's missing.

A short action list. You receive concise written findings: what we checked, what we found, any limits of the evidence, and the practical next steps.

What we do#

Step 1 — Free first consultation. We confirm that a Compliance Review fits your question and which entity it covers.

Step 2 — Information. You send the entity's identifiers and registry documents, any status certificate, filing evidence for the latest period and summary turnover figures. You choose whether to share exports or give us read or delegated access for the review; we only ask for what the check needs.

Step 3 — Review. We work through registration, recorded status, the latest filings and the relevant thresholds.

Step 4 — Written findings. A concise report with the findings and an action list.

What's included#

  • One existing IE (with or without Small Business Status), ordinary LLC or Virtual Zone LLC, including inactive entities where the records allow
  • Registration and recorded tax-status check
  • Filing status for the latest completed reporting period
  • Small Business Status and VAT threshold screening from the figures you provide
  • Concise written findings and action list
  • €290 fixed

Not included: work-permit, residence or other immigration questions; interview coaching; full books or multi-year audits; payroll review; beneficial-ownership certification; correcting past returns; International Company or Free Industrial Zone qualification reviews; several entities; tax disputes; foreign tax advice. Any of these is scoped and quoted before work starts.

When it fits#

Switching accountants. You're taking over a Georgian setup from another provider and want to know its position before you rely on it.

Before a bank application. You want your company's registration and filings in order before the bank's review. The bank still makes its own decision.

After a quiet period. An entity has been inactive and you want to confirm where it stands before you start trading again.

How it differs from our other services#

  • Residency Scoping (€290): visas, work-permit exemptions and residence-permit routes. Compliance Review doesn't cover immigration.
  • Tax Consultation (€290): forward-looking decisions — which structure, whether to switch. Compliance Review looks at where you stand now.
  • Monthly accounting: ongoing filings. If you're already an accounting client, checks included in your subscription aren't billed again.

Why Happy Georgia#

Independent advisory. No tied software or providers. If your setup is in order, the report says so.

Foreign clients only. Our entire practice is foreigners setting up in Georgia. Every engagement starts from your own situation: where you live and pay tax, who your clients are, and what you plan to do in Georgia.

Fixed pricing, no tourist tax. €290 for the review, including the written findings. We quote in EUR, we honor the quote, no surprises later.

Frequently asked questions#

Is this an audit?#

No. It's a point-in-time check of one entity's registration, recorded status and latest filings, based on the records available. It doesn't certify good standing or rule out liabilities the records don't show.

What if the review finds a problem?#

The action list says what needs fixing. If you'd like us to handle it — late filings, corrections, onboarding into monthly accounting — we quote that work before starting.

Do you need access to my Revenue Service account?#

Not necessarily. You can send exports and documents, or give us read or delegated access for the review. You decide.

What's the cancellation policy?#

Cancellations follow our Terms of Service: work already performed remains payable, and prepaid fees for work not yet performed are refunded pro rata, less reasonable wind-down costs.

Ready to check your setup?#

Start with a free 30-minute consultation. We confirm the entity and scope, then carry out the review for a fixed €290.
