Why Georgia#
Georgia is among the most accessible jurisdictions in Europe for foreign entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals. Territorial taxation, a 58-country DTA network, multi-currency banking accessible to foreign nationals, residency pathways from USD 150,000, an HNW programme that doesn't require 183 days in country, and incentive structures (Virtual Zone, International Company, Free Industrial Zone) that materially reduce tax burden for qualifying activities. The framework is real and well-defined; the operational reality matches the legal text more closely than in many comparable jurisdictions.
The challenge is navigating it. Multiple ministries, multiple legal regimes, real procedural detail. Our practice exists to bridge that gap — to take foreign professionals from "Georgia might fit" to "Georgia is set up and operational" without the structural mistakes that plague competitor pages.

If no, we tell you that directly and point you toward better-fit options elsewhere where useful.
After setup, ongoing accounting, compliance, and strategic consultation are available as standalone services or bundled engagements.

We don't sell banking products on commission, push specific property developers, or recommend structures because they pay us. Our revenue comes from our advisory and operational services, billed directly to clients. This independence is foundational — without it, the advisory is contaminated.
