SERVICES
Ongoing Georgian operations, handled remotely while you focus on the business.
Monthly accounting, annual filing, VAT compliance, hiring support, and tax consultation — the recurring operational layer after Georgian setup is complete. We hold delegated rs.ge portal access for tax filings and handle engagement onboarding via Power of Attorney. You focus on the business; we file on time.
What you get#
Three engagements that cover ongoing needs after company setup. Monthly accounting at tier-appropriate intensity. Tax consultation when strategic decisions surface. Compliance review when regulatory or tax-status questions need a structured answer.
Services follow Setup — most foreign founders engage us for Company Setup first, then move into ongoing Services as the Georgian entity starts operating.
What we do#
We operate inside your company's Revenue Service portal (rs.ge) through delegated access — meaning we file directly on your behalf without requiring you to sign each filing or hand over your portal credentials. The delegated-access model is the operational backbone: monthly tax declarations, VAT filings where applicable, annual income returns, payroll filings for companies with employees. You retain visibility into what we file; we handle the filing.
For non-recurring engagements (Tax Consultation and Compliance Review, both €290 fixed), the rhythm is engagement-letter-based: we scope the question during a free consultation and deliver the written analysis or audit report.
What's included#
- Delegated-access setup at rs.ge for ongoing engagement clients
- Monthly accounting tiered to entity type and activity level
- Tax consultation on demand for strategic structuring questions
- Compliance review for regulatory or tax-status assessments
The three engagements we deliver#
Accounting — from €25/month#
Monthly bookkeeping and tax filings via rs.ge delegated access. Four tiers based on entity type and activity level: IE zero at €25/month, IE active at €50/month (both plus 18% VAT per Tax Code), LLC inactive at €60/month, LLC active at €100/month. Sub-pages cover monthly bookkeeping mechanics, annual filing, VAT, and hiring/payroll for companies with employees.
Tax Consultation — €290 per 60-minute session#
Forward-looking strategic advisory for specific tax decisions: regime selection, structure changes, cross-border restructuring, dividend distribution timing, foreign-tax-credit positioning. Single fixed-price session with written follow-up within 3-5 working days summarising the analysis and decision points.

Compliance Review — €290 fixed#
Audit-style review of your Georgian setup: company status, tax filings, regulatory standing, beneficial-ownership compliance. Common triggers: clean-slate assessment before a banking or residency application, or onboarding after taking over a Georgian setup from a previous accountant. Written report with findings and remediation steps.
Detailed pricing on /pricing/services.
When you need each engagement#
Accounting is ongoing from the moment the entity starts trading — the inactive tiers cover quiet periods, the active tiers cover regular invoicing.
Tax Consultation is episodic — engaged when a specific question surfaces. Common triggers: structure-switch evaluation (IE to Virtual Zone LLC, Virtual Zone to International Company), HNW programme positioning, cross-border tax planning, exit-event preparation.
Compliance Review is point-in-time — typically before a significant decision (banking application, residency application) where regulatory status needs verification, or after taking over a Georgian setup from a previous provider.
Why Happy Georgia#
Independent advisory. We provide the operational layer without conflicts of interest — no tied tax software promotion, no commission for steering you toward additional engagements you don't need. We tell you when monthly accounting is overkill for your configuration (rare but happens — minimal IE configurations with extremely simple foreign-client revenue can sometimes self-file successfully). We tell you when Tax Consultation isn't needed because the answer is straightforward enough for a brief email reply. The independence shows up in what we don't sell.
Foreign clients only. Our entire practice is foreigners running Georgian companies. We've worked through the operational engagement for many configurations — a Berlin freelancer's IE+SBS monthly accounting + annual filing, a Tel Aviv founder's VZ LLC operations with monthly profit tax and VAT zero-rating compliance, a Singapore investor's IC status holding with the substance-and-payroll compliance layer, a London-based asset allocator's HNW Tax Residency annual renewal documentation. Different configurations, same operational discipline.
Fixed pricing, no tourist tax. Monthly accounting from €25/month for IE-zero configurations, scaling with operational complexity. Compliance Review and Tax Consultation both fixed-price per engagement. We quote in EUR, we honor the quote, no surprises later.
Trusted by clients across Western Europe, Israel, the UK, Singapore, and beyond.
Frequently asked questions#
Do I need monthly accounting if I'm running an IE with Small Business Status?#
Yes. Even at the simplified Small Business Status 1% turnover tax, monthly turnover declarations are required and the annual income return must be filed. The IE zero €25/month tier covers IEs with no operational activity (you hold the structure but aren't invoicing); the IE active €50/month tier covers IEs with regular invoicing. Both tiers add 18% VAT per Tax Code. Both keep your filings current and handle the rs.ge mechanics.
How does delegated access at rs.ge work?#
The Georgian Revenue Service portal supports formal delegation — you grant us permission to file on your behalf inside rs.ge. You retain visibility into what's filed; we handle the filing process. This is different from giving us your portal credentials (which we don't ask for): your filings are filed under your taxpayer ID with us as the filing agent.
Can I switch from another Georgian accountant to Happy Georgia mid-year?#
Yes. We handle the transition: take over rs.ge delegated access from your previous provider, reconcile any incomplete filings, validate that prior periods are clean (or surface issues during a Compliance Review if not), and continue from the next monthly filing cycle. Common timing: end of quarter or end of fiscal year, but not required.
How does Services interact with Company Setup, Banking, and Residency?#
Services typically follow Setup — most engagements start when the Georgian entity is registered and operating. Banking is independent (your accountant doesn't need to be your banker). Residency is occasionally interactive — a Compliance Review can surface during residence-permit-renewal preparation where your tax position matters. We map cross-pillar interaction in the consultation.
How does pricing scale with company complexity?#
Monthly accounting tiers scale by entity type and activity level (active tiers cost more because there's more to file). Adding employees triggers payroll filings (hiring sub-page); VAT registration triggers monthly VAT returns (VAT sub-page). Compliance Review and Tax Consultation are both fixed at €290 regardless of company size (€290 fixed for Compliance Review; €290 per 60-minute session for Tax Consultation).
