Online Notarization (€295) covers the standard PoA and passport copy for an individual setup. Extra documents, other jurisdictions' requirements or a local notary instead of the online session are quoted first.

Adding a bank account: documents are reused where the bank accepts them; anything extra the bank requires is quoted before work starts. Card delivery abroad depends on the bank's rules and the destination.

Virtual Zone LLC

0% corporate tax for software companies serving foreign clients. Estonian-style distribution mechanic, 5% withholding when profits distribute.

0% dividend withholding for qualifying International Companies. Newly formed LLCs may qualify — Happy Georgia assesses eligibility and handles the application. 5% corporate tax when profits are distributed, 5% personal income tax for qualifying employees.
