What we cover in 30 minutes#

The consultation works through your specific situation:

• Your nationality and current location (visa-free regime applicability, residency planning if relevant)
• Your business model (foreign-client work / Georgian-domestic work / mixed; revenue scale; physical-presence pattern)
• Your forward-looking goals (Georgian setup as primary base / forward-looking diversification / specific tax-residency planning / Georgian operational expansion)
• Your existing structures if any (already-formed Georgian entities, banking, residency permits in place or in flight)

The output is a clear identification of which engagements actually apply to your situation — and honest framing for the engagements that don't. Most foreign-founder configurations need 1–3 of our engagements, not the full menu. The consultation maps the right combination for your specific case.

What you get from the call#

After the 30-minute conversation, you have:

• A clear understanding of which Georgian structures fit your situation (IE+SBS, LLC, Virtual Zone, International Company, Free Industrial Zone — or whether the Georgian setup itself isn't the right fit, which is sometimes the honest answer)
• A clear understanding of your residency configuration if relevant (which residence permit pathway, tax residency planning, work permit exemption status)
• Engagement recommendations with fixed-price quotes for the engagements that fit
• Written follow-up summarising the conversation if useful

The call doesn't commit you to anything. We don't push engagements that don't fit. If your situation is better served elsewhere — different jurisdiction, different structure, no Georgian engagement at all — we say so.
