€290

One IE or company, point-in-time check

What's included

  • Registration and recorded tax status (incl. Small Business Status or Virtual Zone status where held)
  • Filing status for the latest completed reporting period
  • Small Business Status and VAT threshold screening from the figures you provide
  • Concise written findings and action list

Not included: immigration or work-permit questions (see Residency Scoping), interview coaching, multi-period or payroll audits, beneficial-ownership certification, correcting past returns, International Company / FIZ qualification reviews, several entities. Additional checks or corrections are quoted separately before work starts.

A records-based check, not a certificate of good standing; banks and authorities make their own decisions. Checks already covered by your monthly accounting with us are not billed again.

Monthly Accounting

Monthly Georgian tax filings handled on the regulatory deadlines via delegated rs.ge portal access. Four pricing tiers from €25/month (IE-zero) through €100/month (LLC-active). Engagement onboarding via Power of Attorney. The always-on Services component for any operating Georgian structure.

from €25

Monthly accounting, by entity type and activity

Monthly accounting is required ongoing for any registered entity. Not included: VAT registration and VAT returns, payroll, several entities, high transaction volumes, historical remediation — quoted after a scope review. International Company and FIZ accounting is quoted individually.

Your company's own VAT obligations and any extra accounting work are assessed separately.

VAT Compliance

Georgian VAT compliance for your company — registration is mandatory once VAT-taxable transactions exceed GEL 100,000 within 12 consecutive months, and voluntary registration is possible. Services to foreign customers are often supplied outside Georgia for VAT purposes, depending on the customer and the service. Monthly VAT returns filed via delegated rs.ge access when registered.

How we price on-request services

Some engagements vary too much for a fixed quote — qualifying activities, sector requirements, document burden, and counterparty conditions move the price. For these services we publish the engagement components instead of a figure.

Final scope and pricing are quoted after a free consultation. The consultation is the place where we understand your situation, confirm the engagement components that actually apply, and quote a price for that scope. No obligation to proceed.

Government fees (where applicable) are paid separately to Georgian authorities in GEL. Happy Georgia service fees are quoted and invoiced in EUR.
